I would be proud to work hard for this community that we have fallen in love with I will run on a platform of transparency. You will know what we’re doing when we are doing it and have a say before we do it. 

I will look at where we can cut costs and where we can get further definition on expenses, asked for a breakdown for what we’re paying for how many security guards are we paying for?  There’s just not enough transparency here. 

On the club side, I know we don’t control how they run it, but we fund it so we have to have a say in how it is being run and I will explore that and find out. I don’t think we’re getting our moneys worth on the club side Flip Flops has not shown a profit in the four years that I have lived here and it’s a huge deficit. Why is that? 

These are just a few of the items I would like to address. This is just a beginning. This is just to start a conversation. I would love to know what you’re interested in and I’d love to be a member of the board and work hard for you.
